**What you will need to Provide** |

| Domain Name - we can refer you to a provider that sells .com.au domains for less than $40.00 for 2 years . We can suggest the best domain name suitable for your organisation. (we can help organise registrations for you, though it would be best practice (and quickest) to do this yourself as it requires immediate payment with a credit card - rest assure its a simple and easy process). | |||||
| Business Logo - (jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf or tiff format) to be sent to us via email. We prefer .png files if possible. | |||||
| Content & Information for web pages to be sent to us via email (word or text format). We can provide a general guideline to create content for your website. | |||||
| Pictures & Images - you need to provide any images you wish to appear on your web pages. (jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf or tiff format) to be sent to us via email. We will provide some of our own images that blends with the design if we feel its needed (no cost to you). | |||||

| Do you visit client's in person to discuss the web design? No, we do not meet up with clients in person. All correspondence are conducted via emails or phone. |

| What are the on-going cost of having a website? Domain name registration fees are renewable every 2 years for .com.au and yearly for .com and Web Hosting fees are renewable every year. Other associated costs to consider would be marketing your website and cost of updating and adding new content to your website. |

| How long will it take to complete a website ? Once all content and images have been provided, generally the website should be complete within 2 weeks. This may vary depending on how many changes are required from the initial design. |

| Do I get an "Online Contact Form" with my website ? No, we currenty do not provide these type of pages. |

| Can the website be updated in the future ? Yes, we can make changes for you. For example adding new pages, updating information or content, adding product photos. We charge per page or per hour depending on the type of changes you wish to make. As a guide our hourly charge rate is $35.00 plus GST. |

| Can I use my exisitng web host provider? Yes, you can use your existing web host provider. |
|||||
| How much is web hosting after the 1 year free period? Web Hosting will be $22.00 per year after the 1 year free period. |

| How does the Web based Email account work? If you decide to use our free web hosting that comes with the package you can access your email online by going to http://www.yourdomain.com.au/webmail this works very similar to hotmail. Great advantage of having a web based email is that you can access this anywhere as long as you have access to the internet. |

| How does the Email Forwarder work? If you decide to use our free web hosting that comes with the package we can setup an email address of your choice to be redirected to an existing email account. For example - we set up an email forwarder for you called mail@yourdomain.com.au and it is sent to existing email account >> youremail@existingaccount.com.au - Convenient if you have your existing email printed on promo material eg you business card. |

| Do I get a copy of all the files that make up the website? Yes. We will email you all the files that make up the website. |

| Do you provide your web design services Australia Wide? Yes. All documentation are sent via email and all communication is conducted through emails and phone. |

| What type of payments do you accept? We prefer payment via Direct Deposit. Business Cheque's or Money order also accepted. |

Web Design Process |

| Step 1. Website Design Concept Once you provide all your content for your website we can start the web design concept. We will get as much information from you regarding the type of design and layout you like. We design the website the way you want it. |

| Step 2. Web Design Review and adjustments We will send you a draft web design for you to review and we make any necessary adjustments you wish to make. Normally 2 to 3 reviews should be sufficient. Once you are happy with the web design we complete all the pages of the website. |

| Step 3. Website Completion and approval Once all pages are completed we send it to you for final approval. |
|||||
| Step 4. Upload website online Once you are happy with the web design and Full payment is completed we upload the website online for you. We will also email you a copy of all the files that make up the website. |
|||||
| Payments and Deposits: 50 percent deposit is required prior to commencing any work. Full payment required prior to uploading the website online. Receipt for deposit will be provided and a Tax Invoice will be issued for full payment. |
